Harvest Information: The sea salt in this bar is harvested from the cleanest oceans in the world: The East Coast of Tasmania.
The sea salt is dried on site by a bed of warm air. The wakame, which is blended with the sea salt on site, is harvested from the South Coast of Tasmania, collected by hand from divers and freeze dried by Forager Fruits. This makes the crispiest, flavour packed seaweed full of nutrients found from the ocean.
The perfect ratio of sea salt and wakame pairs with the dark fruity flavours of cacao from East Timor. A little sparkle of umami in each chocolate snap.
