Electric air roasted, certified organic coffee beans from Honduras are finely ground before quickly being swirled through our 67% cacao chocolate to prevent oxidation.
Our recipes are simple, using only 2 ingredients in our seed to bar chocolates with importance on tasting the unique flavours and texture each cacao origin has to share.
Most (if not almost all) other chocolate on the market contains varying amounts of extra added ultra refined sweeteners, cacao butter, milk powders, oils, emulsifiers and vanilla. These mask the true experience of the cacao beans as well as taking away the mysterious energy cacao has to offer in it's whole form.
You might find that our 67% chocolate bars infact have almost more cacao bean content than some 85% chocolate bars at the supermarket, bringing a whole new meaning to affordability and the proposed benefits of "higher percentages" on packaging.
